Introducing the Team

So, I'd like to introduce the team so you have some idea of who we all are.

Stefan Wessman
The leader of the Kenya team, Stefan comes out of having spent two years at Taylor University. He was called to be the team leader on the team only two weeks before training started at the end of his time as a counselor at Camp Hebron- several months after the rest of the team was long confirmed. He is musically talented and plays the mandolin, guitar, ukulele, and djembe. He feels a calling towards church leadership and is trusting God for wisdom in leading this team in Kenya.

Taylor Weidman
Taylor is from Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, and has just graduated from high school. He spent the summer working as a camp counselor at a different camp in Pennsylvania. He is very musically talented - having played guitar in worship at church and in a Celtic band, and brings passion for evangelism and social justice to our team, as well as strong giftings in those areas. He is very excited to be going to Kenya, and is a constant encouragement to the rest of the team.

Colin Good
Colin comes from a Pastor's family from a Mennonite church in Phoenix Arizona, and has also just graduated from high school. He spent the summer working in retail in Arizona, and has experience in business and accounting that will be valuable as we try to help the pastor in Chipolet start a business to support himself. He is very insightful into social situations and is gifted in hearing God's voice.

Brook Musselman
Brook hails from Redding, Pennsylvania, and is the son of a Mennonite Pastor. He is the third member of this team having just graduated from high school. He was a camp counselor at a different christian camp in Pennsylvania from either Stefan or Taylor. He is very easy going, and is learning to play the mandolin. He has a passion for digging into and teaching the word of God to others.

So, that's us - over the past few weeks we've been growing closer with God and each other in preparation for our time in Kenya. Please pray for us!
